Duties

Typical Duties Include But Are Not Limited To:

• Categorize and correspond with agents on incoming requests
• Process a high volume of changes within the systems
• Use spreadsheets to complete variety of transactions
• Assist with back-up production when needed
• Other adhoc tasks or duties as assigned

Special Circumstances:

• This position is a project position that will end on 12/31/2023 with possible extension

Qualifications

Qualifications/Experience:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of general office and/or customer service experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Good critical thinking skills
• Ability to multi task and strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast pace environment
• Basic understanding in Microsoft Office Programs (Office, Word, and Excel)
