Location: MCI Framingham in Framingham, MA. Statewide travel is also required for this position

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM

Pay rate: $21.63/hour ($45,000 annually)

This position is part of Spectrum's MOUD (Medications for Opioid Use Disorders) program within the Department of Correction.

The Recovery Support Navigator:
  • Provides non-clinical services to engage, educate and support patients seeking treatment upon release and their families in order to motivate and maintain them in culturally relevant behavioral health services in the community.
  • This engagement begins pre-release and the support continues after the patient is released and returns to the community.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field or equivalent experience in the behavioral health field preferred
  • Based on a mandate from Massachusetts Department of Corrections, any Spectrum employee working in a MA DOC facility or pursuant to the MOUD Contract must be fully vaccinated and no exemptions are permitted.
