We currently have two open Supervisor positions within our company. These positions are rarely open and an absolutely incredible opportunity to join a rapidly growing security provider that focuses on employee growth and a positive working environment for their team.

Position 1 is a daytime Roving Site Supervisor/Corporal position (armed preferred, security patrol experience preferred). 0900-1900 HOURS.

Position 2 is a nighttime Patrol Supervisor/Corporal Position (requires security patrol experience and an armed certification). 1900-0700 HOURS.

These positions will be in field supervisors working with, checking on, coaching, and supervising field employees. This position will be focused on ensuring a quality service is provided to all our clients, that attendance standards and service levels are maintained during all shifts, that employees are trained and coached regularly and that clients have an outlet for concerns should any arise. This position reports directly to our Operations Manager (Sergeant) and this position is classified as C level management within our company.

STARTING WAGES. This position starts at $40,000-45,000 per year plus additional bonuses and allowances bringing the average currently made for this position between $45,500-55,000. Hire rate is based off security experience and site assignment and is reviewed at 180 days for a possible raise based off review. Position is full time 50 hours per week with OT available most weeks. This position is exempt (salary) and will be split between working in our office locted in Vancouver off SR500/I205 as well as field work utilziing a company assigned Dodge Charger Supervisor vehicle.

TRAINING AND ADVANCEMENT. Metro provides ongoing weekly and monthly training opportunities, specialty certifications opportunities and ongoing field improvement evaluations for all employees. As a supervisor we amp up the training and you will participate in weekly meetings and training events to increase your knowledge and abilites within both employee management and the security industry. We also have numerous avenues for advancement for hard working loyal employees to include Management (Sergeant), the opportunity to apply to join our specialty Certified Explosives or Narcotics K9 Handler team or movement to our administrative executive team working behind the scenes at the office making the company funciton.

QUALITY UNIFORMS AND EQUIPMENT. We believe that a professional polished look is the first step to a positive outcome with clients, subjects and the general public. We assign our Officers 5.11 or similar quality uniform shirts, pants and a duty jacket. Body Cameras (patrol division), newer and well maintained patrol vehicles with emergency lighting systems and radio equipment that are marked and professional in appearance. Frankly, we look good out there and you will be proud to represent our company! (candidates with external carriers will receive preference points toward hiring).
