Job Summary

Auberge Restaurant & Bar is an upscale French Restaurant in Zionsville. We are looking for a friendly, creative, engaging individual to join our team. As a server you will be responsible taking food & beverage orders, serving ordered items, and collecting payment from guests. It is imperative to have a basic knowledge of classic cocktails & wine. This position will be primarily bartending with some serving shifts.

On average, our servers take home $25-35 per hour.

Job Responsibilities

• A thorough knowledge of the wine list, cocktail menu and seasonal food menu &

be able to answer basic questions Take accurate food & beverage orders and enter into the POS Engage with guests in a positive manner and ensure guest satisfaction

• Be able to make suggestions and up-sell items to guests
• Prepare desserts for guests as needed
• Be able to prepare guests checks, splitting checks & items as needed
• Collect payment from guests
• Make drinks according to our drink menuWhat we offer:

We offer a 5% match with no vesting schedule.
Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1 year bartending experience, preferably in an upscale environment
• A positive attitude and ability work well under pressure with cooks & server

assistants Able to perform high-quality work while unsupervised

• Accurate cash handling & ability to utilize the POS
• Able to perform high-quality work while unsupervised
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
• Ability to be on your feet for extended periods of time
• Teamwork oriented
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to provide top notch customer service in a fast-paced environment
