Purpose: The purpose of this position is to provide direct care to residents under the supervision of a licensed nurse, in accordance with facility policies and procedures and in keeping with state and federal guidelines.

Qualifications: The State Tested Nurse Aide (STNA) and the Assisted Living Aide must have completed the state approved training for nursing assistants and successfully completed the state testing for nursing assistants. They must demonstrate the ability to understand and comply with Federal, State and local regulations and requirements. They must have completed a First Aide Course, and be able to provide updated certification. High school graduates are preferred.

-Up to an additional $4 per hour from agreed upon pay rate
