Work location: Texas Health Arlington Memorial at 800 W. Randol Mill Road, Arlington TX 76012
Work hours: Full Time Days 36 hours weekly

Here’s What You Need
Bachelor's Degree in healthcare, business, or a relevant field is required or four (4) years of relevant work experience in lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree is required upon hire.
One (1) year of healthcare or non-profit agency experience with a Bachelor's degree or five (5) years of healthcare or non-profit agency experience with no degree is required upon hire.
Volunteer management experience is highly preferred.
Here’s What You Need: Skills
Excellent human relations and oral/written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word. Demonstrated database ability. Demonstrated organizational ability.
What You Will Do
As the Volunteer Program Services Specialist, you will manage the volunteer application process, including, screening/interviewing, training, initial placement, replacement of all volunteers. You will support the completion of compliance requirements of all volunteers. You’ll manage volunteer programs within the hospital, including but not limited to critical areas; information desks, surgery waiting room and flower delivery, addressing staffing needs, communication, problem solving and counseling. You’ll also manage the summer student volunteer (SERV) program, including leadership recruitment, interviewing, volunteer prospect recruitment, training, and supervision.
