This is a creative, high energy, marketing focused position, that will be integral to our marketing team's efforts to ensure consistent strategies, messaging, and branding are being utilized with all companies and global offices.

With over 40 years in business, we are a world leader in the manufacturing and supply of engraved products and associated supplies such as hot, cold, and digital stamping foils. Our business services the Graphic Arts Industry (sheet fed & narrow web) with facilities and operations located worldwide. Our products are utilized to decorate, enhance, and add value to a wide range of diverse products.

Responsibilities:

• Web site: Will work with a team to strategically plan, coordinate, and enhance UEI Group corporate websites.
• Facilitate UEI® Group E-Commerce storefronts and their functionality. Responsible for the customer's experience on the websites including navigation, content, graphics, landing pages and promotions.
• Ensure that SEO and SEM techniques and strategies are well implemented, analyze site usage and traffic patterns to improve customer experience and conversion rates- use analytical tools to generate monthly reports. Utilize analytics, ad tracking, tag management, content management.
• Design and maintain web and mobile applications for UEI® Group. Continually develop processes and find ways to improve the performance of the web and mobile applications for UEI® Group and its customers.
• Diligently remain current on technology. Follow trends to help assure that UEI® Group is offering the most innovative technologies.
• Continually evaluate and identify new opportunities through a review of ROI. Stay consistent with necessary updates.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Motivated individual. Ability to follow-up on tasks and projects without constant supervision
• Ability to respond effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Experience with email campaigns and analytics
• Familiarity with Responsive Web Design and Smartphone and tablet apps
• Executes assignments with the use of web applications, scripts, and programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Magento and APIs.
• Understands UI, cross-browser compatibility, and general web functions and standards
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel)
• Spanish and other language skills are appreciated.
