Who You Are: You are looking for an internship role that will give you real-world, hands-on work experience in e-com marketing; You are talented, self-motivated, and ready to explore a position that will give you a glimpse at what it takes to build and scale an emerging brand at retail in a high-paced and competitive marketplace. You are someone with a hunger to learn and who works well with a team and who has a “we” (not “me”) mindset.
The Task At Hand: This role reports directly to the Senior Shopper Marketing Manager while supporting the Digital and Shopper Marketing team collaboratively across the different digital marketing functions including but not limited to website, social, digital content, digital reporting, and general administration.
In This Role, You Will:
- Work with key stakeholders within the marketing department, including digital, shopper, and e-commerce to support growth initiatives within e-commerce and at our key accounts
- Get hands-on experience with leading digital and shopper platforms
- Be required to think creatively and analytically and strategically while operating tactically—seeing programs go into the market and measuring tangible business results
Must Haves:
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate school program, open to all majors; Business, Communications, or Liberal Arts preferred
- Endlessly curious
- Demonstrated leadership and teamwork experience
- Genuinely passionate about improving childhood nutrition for a healthier and happier planet
- Strategic thinker and problems solver with strong communication skills
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Suite, Outlook, Slack, and other professional platforms
- Potential Travel up to 10%: Although this role is a remote work-from-home position, we “Farmers” do meet as a company and/or as a department a few times a year
- Desire to contribute to a dynamic high-growth, purpose-driven work environment
Compensation:
- $22 per hour
- Six-month paid part-time internship with an opportunity to extend
- Duration Estimate: March 2023 to August 2023
