Minimum Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently to solve problems;
• Demonstrated customer service skills; including the demonstrated ability to handle challenging customers and high-level customer escalations on a professional basis;
• Excellent communication and organizational skills;
• Previous experience configuring routers, switches, and other network infrastructure equipment including an understanding of advanced networking concepts (i.e., VLAN’s, routing, and subnetting);
• Previous experience building production Windows-based servers on server class hardware;
• Associate’s Degree in computer science or its equivalent in experience preferred;
• Previous hospital systems experience preferred.
